By accessing or using this Site, including purchasing classes, certificates, memberships, digital content, or other offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy contained herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

1. Website Purpose

This Site is both:

  1. An informational and educational platform for sharing ideas, teachings, resources, and materials; and

  2. An eCommerce platform for the purchase of classes, certifications, memberships, events, and related services.

Use of this Site is subject to all applicable laws of the United States, the State of New Mexico, and where applicable, international laws including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Eligibility to Use the Site

By using this Site, you represent that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;

  2. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and

  3. Your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, teachings, downloads, certificates, trademarks, designs, and intellectual property—is the exclusive property of Pronoia Academy of Restoried Lore, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, transmit, sell, license, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, and other applicable laws.

4. Purchases and Payments

By purchasing any class, certificate, subscription, event, or service through this Site, you agree that:

  1. All payment information provided is accurate and authorized;

  2. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and charges;

  3. Prices are subject to change without notice;

  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card information directly.

5. Refund Policy

Classes (streaming):
  1. Refund allowed until the user's first playback.

  2. Refund if technical issues on the streaming end prevent playback.

  3. No refund if technical issues on the user's end prevent playback.

  4. Refund if seller moves the stream and does not provide alternative access.

  5. Duplicate purchases are refunded automatically.


Classes (downloadable):
  1. No refunds after full access/download of materials.

  2. No refund if technical issues on the user's end prevent playback.

  3. Duplicate purchases are refunded automatically.


Certificates:
  1. Refund allowed within 7 days of the first live certificate session.

  2. Refund for interruption to offering the entire certificate on the seller's end.

  3. Duplicate purchases are refunded automatically.


Events (including live classes and presentations):
  1. Refund up to 4 days before the event.

  2. No refund for technical difficulties on the user's end.

  3. Duplicate purchases are refunded automatically.

6. User Accounts and Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Site for unlawful purposes;

  2. Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;

  3. Share copyrighted materials without permission;

  4. Disrupt Site functionality or security;

  5. Misrepresent your identity or provide false information;

  6. Use our content to incite violence or to create political or religious propaganda;

  7. Use our content to incite hatred or conspiracy theories;

  8. Use our content to create competing commercial offerings without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Privacy Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform users of:

  4. Users’ rights regarding their personal data.

Compliance with Privacy Laws

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we do not fall within the categories requiring appointment under Article 37 of the GDPR.

We do not use personal data beyond what is disclosed here.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific results from educational services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pronoia Academy of Restoried Lore, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site or services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

None of our offerings should be intended for use as medical, psychotherapy, or wellness advice. Users in need of such advice should instead contact a licensed and competent physician or psychotherapist.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New Mexico.
